Hair Milk Curl Refresher Spray for Coils and Waves, with Agave, Sweet Almond and Wheat Protein, 10 fl oz

I've always had wavy hair that I tamed with a variety of straightening products and 30+ minutes of high heat blowdrying. It took about an hour to style my hair when all was said and done. I recently developed adult-onset epilepsy and cannot drive or work. I am a prisoner in my own home. So it didn't make sense to continue that sort of upkeep for my husband, kids, and pets. I decided to explore my waves, which had been getting curlier of late. I went without any product or any fancy devices, just air dried and scrunched. What resulted was a curl not much better than what I had, which was meh. However, what was better was the less than ten minutes it took me to style it. So I did some research and found products and asked my sister what she did with her beautiful curls. With those products/styling tips in mind, I tried again and again...and again...and again. Eventually, I came to a place where I wasn't completely satisfied, but it was still less time to style and they looked far better than when I'd started. Then.... I met a lady in a grocery store with AMAZEBALL curls. They bounced, shined, and framed her face. I could not help myself, I had to ask what she used. And she said Carol's Daughter. I had never heard of them and was intrigued, so I took a peek on Amazon when I got home. The prices were fair (especially the shampoo/conditioner) and then there were the Black Friday discounts, which took even more off the price. So I finally pulled the trigger and the products arrived today. I used this o curl refresher as were leaving early on a family adventure and I didn't have the time for the entire styling routine. So I just used the curl refresher and... WOWZA!!! With just a few spritzes and some scrunches, my hair looked curlier and BETTER that it does straight out of the shower. And it took less than 3 minutes (I timed it) to accomplish that. Usually, I can make my curls last through one day post-wash and even then, they are more like frizzy waves. This time? Perfect, round, frizz-free curls after the second day post-wash. I told you: AMAZEBALLS!!!! My hair is soft, not crunchy, and NO frizz. It is shiny, most definitively not greasy. It is totally schrunchable, not crispy in any way. It looks and feels like NO product is in it. It smells clean and fresh, perhaps a bit like cocoa butter and vanilla, but it's not overwhelming. My husband and 14-year-old daughter both said it smelled really good. But what I love the most? I can get this refreshed, curly look in LESS THAN THREE MINUTES. Now, who knows how the other products from this line work. But I am sure impressed with this one and cannot wait to wash my hair and style it with the defining cream. All I have to say is that if you are on the fence, I highly, HIGHLY recommend this particular Carol's Daughter product. I will be back to review the others shortly, but I have very high hopes. Curl enhancing products can frequently be difficult - they can be ineffective, greasy. heavy, or totally stiff when they dry that you really aren't sure about using them. Not Carol's Daughter. It is a beautiful, light, effective product that works on both wet hair AND dry. Or it will reactivate curls on dry hair with a little misting. In short, I love this product. Oh, and it smells really nice too!

A little sticky when first applied, but this is the only product that has worked for my different curl patterns so far. It brings back my curls after sleeping on them!

I have used Garnier moisture milk on my hair for a decade. When they discontinued making that this year I was so devastated. I have dry, curly, now graying hair. And a scalp that does not like testing products period. So. I’ve gone through several months of scalp breakout, etc, trying new products. I decided one last product and I guess natural it is!!! This is better than Garnier to me!!! It smells decent( not coconut like Garnier), does not weigh my hair down like I sprayed cooking oil in it. It moisturizes my curls in the best ways. My hair looks and FEELS so good. My scalp is no longer mad!!! I will continue to buy this as long as it’s produced.

It makes my hair really sticky. I think it smells good and does revive my waves without a shower. The only downside is the stickiness. I can't use it and then use it a second day bc I have to wash my hair. Like, so sticky that I can't run my fingers through my hair when I use it.

This works really well on low porosity hair. It is lightweight and does not just sit on top of the strands. It adds moisture without leaving buildup or a heavy, greasy feel. I used it to refresh curls and it helped bring them back without needing to fully rewash. It gives softness and light definition without weighing the hair down. If you struggle with products feeling too heavy on low porosity hair, this is a good option to try.

Listen when I tell you I was blown away . I was blown away. I’ve used other curling products on my curly wigs and this one gets the job done! When you first apply it you won’t see the curls immediately but as the hair dries it’s like the curls get activated. It moisturizes the hair as well and a little goes a long way. You just need to apply 1-2 sprays of this milk to each section of hair. When fully dried the hair has a little shine, frizz free and there is no stiffness. 10/10 would recommend. In the pics and videos there is no mousse whatsoever I just washed the hair applied the hair milk and let it air dry. Curly girls get you won’t regret it!

It does nothing to help my hair have any curls or waves. Just costs your hair and makes it feel grimy. The smell is a chemical almond, but I could live with it. It smells strong when you apply it, but dissipates fairly quick. So even if you don’t like it, it’s pretty much gone in 2 hours. But it does ZERO for my hair. I do not recommend it

Deja tacto áspero sobre el pelo, y lo deja apelmazado. No refresca el rizo sino que lo aplasta. El cabello se queda opaco y parece sucio. Me parece un producto pésimo para el pelo rizado.

Sticky texture leaving a weird film on my hair, I read too late that it's probably more suitable for curlier hair than my 2c type wavy hair. Smells nice but I have the urge to wash my hair as soon as I applied this.

I have not been able to find this product in Canada. I appreciate that this seller brings it in for us to purchase and enjoy the benefits. I am in my 60s and I have fine, curly, coloured hair. I use the Black vanilla leave in conditioner (available in Canada) morning and night, and the hair milk. The hair milk actually does tame the frizz!. While the black vanilla leave in conditioner is good for my hair leaving it soft and hydrated, I have a layer of frizz/flyaways on the to of my head that the milk actually tames. These products do not weight down my hair. I spray the product on my hands and apply to my hair, working it through with my fingers, scrunching, fluffing. I love the way my hair looks and feels.

Lovely product. Keeps my 4c afro hair moisturised and very soft. Purchased again.
