My 20 month old would pull off any sticker unless it was on his back.** A: I have not used it on a child but it goes behind the ear, if you can put it on without them knowing what you are doing, they may not know it is there, i have forgot to take mine off in the past then realize a day or so later it is still on, it does not come off real easy so I have never had one fall off, it curbs motion sickness for 3 days using the same patch, so if I know my travels will be 3 days, I just leave it on during the trip.
