The Original Office Chair Grounding Mat Kit with Adhesive Back by Earthing to Improve Sleep, Inflammation, and Anxiety

I purchased this as one of two grounding products; I hadn't used anything like it or heard of grounding until a week ago (week of 11/5/18) . I bought a grounding half sheet for sleep. The goal was to improve my sleep; I've been dealing with insomnia for 1.5+ years and it was torturous. Grounding helped me sleep without using a sleeping pill on the first night. It's only been a week (since 11/9/18) and I've slept better each night. I can't recommending earthing products enough. I purchased a multimeter to test the level of grounding, and this mat helps me to reach .000 volts when I stand or lay my legs on it. Even the grounding sheet only gets me to between .050-.070 V, which is still good. I bought one for my mom who has diabetic neuropathy. I hope it will help.

On the plus side, I can confirm that the surface is conductive, using a multi-meter. I get the same results from this surface than I do a stainless steel pan or a nail. The same could not be said about a piece of plastic or a wooden spoon. On the down side, I am using this on a foot rest with a pillow on it now and I prefer by far my earthing silver-lined half sheet as far as comfort and breathability (soft blanket with silver lining in it) Also this mat looks like crap. It came rolled and full of creases that will never disappear. You wouldnt want this in your office, but ignore this comment if your office chair area is hidden or you use this in the discretion of your home. As for the effectiveness of grounding / earthing, I cant really say I notice an effect yet, but what I can say for sure is humans have been grounded to the soil since the beginning of time and now most of us are not, ever. Just as we do not eat like we used to, and surprise surprise, we're all inflamed in our bodies and brain, which is the cause of most physical disease and mental illness. Grounding, proper eating and red light therapy solves most of that. There is nothing more that needs to be said.

First time for me with earthing. Lots of new age stuff for sale. Hardly any of it works. This is in the category of 'hardly any". It just does not seem to do a darn thing.

the cord does not conduct properly. the mat works great. this is a huge problem. make sure to test your cord with a multimeter for continuity

I have had this product for a couple of months now and I am not impressed. I haven't noticed anything with it.
