Works great for sugar craving. I have two very sweet toothed kiddos (9 and 5). They start to crave candy around this time ( October) and as a mom leading healthy life cant control when kids get candy as a reward at school. I pop this in their little mouth and works like a charm. It does take 2 days for it to work on my youngest but with my oldest it works as soon as it hits his tongue.
