I have initiated a return first off, but I will purchase another. Hopefully that doesn’t look like the one I received (see pictures).These are sold as “new” right?

Doesn’t fit Warn Zeon 10S
If you have a Warn Zeon Synthetic, this will not fit. They suggested to use a hammer to flatten the steel loop but now it looks terrible and doesn’t fully articulate.I wish I would have chosen another product.
