These are very elegant, fit my hand comfortably, (I was worried they'd be too wide , I have medium delicate hands for ref..) the lip of the glass is rounded & thin, but NOT TOO Thin..it feels substantial ..the bottom of the glasses don't slide around, and are weighted so won't tip over easily, also a nice touch of "CLASS" is they etched the name brand on the bottom of each glass..I Love That..shows attention to detail to me. They are also LEAD & Heavy Metal FREE which is VERY Important to me, gives me Peace of Mind..>> so if that is of concern to you too, No Worries !! They stay clean & clear, no cloudy residue after washing them, from hand or the dishwasher, Yaaa!!! Because that says Quality Glass to me too!! Very versatile in that I can use them for "Everyday" or an elegant dinner party..they're refined looking but not delicate in the way you're afraid to use them, they feel substantial ..I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM..and I don't say that often these days...about anything..(know what I mean?? LOL )..HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I bought these when I was in college and I still use them today. In fact, I'm sipping from one of these right now as I am writing this review. These are extremely sturdy and have weathered through some rough college days. I also am fairly heavy handed, but I have not actually broken one of these yet. I did chip a few but that was because I should have been more careful with it. I also had a bottom of the line dishwasher in college, which probably did not help. On the plus side, even with the terrible dishwasher, this came out sparkling clean every time. These are quite heavy, but only because it's well made glass. I would choose durability over weight every time. The heaviness also gives it a "fancy bar feel", so I see it as a plus. I give this 5 stars for durability. In terms of aesthetics, people have complimented these glasses multiple times. Even the silly boys in college thought this was a nice design, and my friends would often wonder if these were fancy, expensive glasses. I love the way they look- it is a clean and classic design that will look nice with almost any collection. 5 stars for aesthetics. Finally, I give this 5 stars for usability. I bought this because of the size. It is so hard to find a large glass that looks nice. I love how much liquid this holds. This is probably one of those functions that you probably don't think you need until you've used it. For once you don't have to make the trade-off between how much ice to use and how much liquid you get. I should also mention that this glass is the PERFECT height for bendy straws. I love straws, so this makes me happy. Overall, I would say this is one of THE BEST purchase I have made on Amazon to date, and I have made a lot of purchases at Amazon. I hope they keep making this product forever.

Very nice appearance and quality

These glasses are great! That are pretty and elegant looking. Simple, but do the job without fuss. We originally purchased 8 in 2017. Found myself needing more and was pleased these were still available. Comparing the new to the 9 year old glasses, I can barely tell the difference. They endured almost daily trips through the dishwasher without scratches or other marks. The glass has remained clear. I also like how they feel in my hand. They are tall and a little slender, but nicely weighted. The drinking edge is smooth. Finally they are larger than pint glasses making them perfect for us.

These beverage glasses turned out to be a lovely choice, exceeding my hopes. They are as advertised, crystal-clear, extremely well made, with thin rims, and go through the dishwasher without spotting. I have ordered a second set and highly recommend them.

Well made and very clear flawless glass. The base is solid and the shape makes these glasses easy to grasp for a secure grip. Very nice classy shape and size make any drink look generous. Great for that hefty gin and tonic! They are on the heavy side. Would be five star perfect if they were a bit lighter. I assume the solid glass base give them the weight and stability which is not a negative in the least.. I had considered the Anchor Hockings because they are made in the USA, but for some reason wound up with these. They looked identical but perhaps the Bormioli glass might be clearer.. I am going to keep them. I would definitely recommend them if you want a well made strong classy looking weighty glass. They will impress.

Beautiful glasses! The base is heavy and solid. Feels very "luxury." The size is perfect for water, juice, etc.

I love these glasses. They look good and wash in a dishwasher well. Tough glasses for everyday use. This size quite large and really good for smoothies and milk shakes

I first bought a set of these glasses in the US about 4 years ago and recently purchased another set to add to the collection. The glasses are used daily and live in the dishwasher. They are nearly as good as new, hence would definitely recommend. They are a great size too - perfect for a long drink and look really stylish.

I love these glasses. They have a nice heft to them. Solid, very high quality, glass, with no blobs on the rim of the glass. The bases are thick glass, and that weight helps keep their center of gravity lower, so they aren’t as tippy. I also have the short ones that match. No issues with them in the diswasher - none have ever broken in the dishwasher. This is my second set in 8 years (only because I have clumbsy dinner party friends). These are great, and the simple yet cleanly executed design is elegant, so I find them great for every day use, and they look great in settings with my fine china.

The 20 oz glasses are a perfect size for a large water or iced tea glass. They are weighted at the bottom so seem very sturdy. The glasses arrived in perfect shape.
