It has definitely worked in bringing my BP down.
I am 45 (male). I have been hypertensive and on medication for it for the past 15 years. In spite of the medicines (Ramipril 5mg BD and \Amlodipine 5mg OD), my BP used to remain in 140s (systolic) and 90s (diastolic). Last week I had it checked when I went to buy a BP instrument and was shocked to see that it was 164/100. I started with this (thrice daily), plus Omega 3 (Now Foods Omega 3 ''180 EPA / 120 DHA'' thrice daily), plus Amway Nutrilite Garlic (2 entric tabs daily). I also incorporated oranges (and juice), plus pomegranate (with seeds), plus juice and Beetroot juice. My BP almost immediately started coming down. I started recording it, several times a day. On 29th Oct2015, (my 1st recording) it was 151/99. Now it is hovering between 106/64. So much so, that my doctor has reduced the Ramipril from 5mg BD to 5mg and 2,5mg, and Amlodipine from 5mg OD to 2.5mg OD, and Argininie & Citrulline from thrice a day, to twice a day. He has told me, most likely he will reduce the medication further. I cannot say that it is all due to Arginine and citrulline only, but, for sure, theses have been the major contributors. I also always had cold hands, and I feel, that there is most probably some improvement in that too.
