The Big Boy pouch lives up to its name. With that said, in my opinion, there could probably be some minor improvements to earn it 5 stars in my book:1) Anyone needing this large a pouch also probably needs a jock with a much wider/snugger-fitting waistband design that would have a better ability to lift/support the heavier contents in the pouch.2) Also, the pouch might benefit with an improved cut that might better facilitate the "lifting" effort. The pouch fabric is nice too. Does run large; I got a large and should have gotten a medium because the waistband is a little loose. My only real complaint are the leg straps: they are not flat but more like ropes and they are attached to weird points so they don't ride under your cheeks but cut across them (making them very visible under anything but heavyweight and baggy shorts).
