Does the 10.1 inch case fit the 2018 iPad pro 12.9 inc.

Don’t think 12.5 inches has ever fit into a 10.1 space but that might be new Math

is there a version of this bag without a handle but a shoulder strap instead, exact same or very similar bag?

I never looked for one with a strap...Do not know. BUT...a strap can be added to any case or bag...

does it fit 14 in hp ?

I have a HP Chromebook, X360, 14-Inch HD laptop and it fits nicely. It also holds a mouse, touch pen and the laptop's charger everyday. I sometimes carry a regular size notebook with all of that and still fits nicely with room.
