Burns hot! Boils 1L in 4:30.
The stove is basically the same design as the classic, Phoebus 625, for those of you who are acquainted with the liquid gas stoves of the bygone days. Only the looks are different. The stove's center of gravity is lower, due to the lower height. The fuel tank's footprint is wider, as same as Coleman 502. The stove is very stable, and it has folding pot supports that will accomodate a large pot. The inner and outer caps appear at initial inspection interchangeable with the classic silent burner caps. Only the fit is slightly loose, and the flame peeks out from under the outer cap. The initial burn will peel off the chrome plating. Just do not breathe in the flakes. The stove throws a decent flame that boils 1L in 6-inch diameter pot in 4:30. Because the body is made of steel, it heats up quickly, and is uncomfortable to touch with bare hands. I suspect that a prolonged operation will make it hotter. One concern is with the pump itself. It is entirely made of aluminium, and very short. It takes a lot of pumping to get the air pressure up for a decent flame. It would not last long like the pump body of 625. Only the tiny piece that holds the rubber ring seal at the pump rod is brass. It does not come lubed, so before using, make sure to open the pump body and liberally lube it with grease. Extra O-rings are included, along with funnel and 2 plastic caps (They are a small container for the spare parts, duh). Overall, the build quality is solid, and it boils quick, and is an improved version of the classic camp stove, a hybrid of Pheobus 625 and Coleman 502. The price to performance ratio is so-so, I say. I wished that they used brass for the pump material. But for $50, it is tolerable. A brass pump will make this a durable and formidable liquid fuel stove that stands with the classic stoves.

Good price
It looks like a reliable stove. It is also heavy at 2 pounds dry (no fuel) but almost all the gasoline stoves weight the same . It did come with a strong bag, a fuel funnel, two o-ring and other piece of hardware. The design is quite stable for small and large containers in the top. I tried it at home, it works as expected.
