I get it, it's a simple wireform stand, with some foam on the end that cradles your pistol; what could be so great about it? For starters, it's more well made than advertised. It's got a good density foam on the end that contacts your firearm, so no worries about that stuff flaking away in a month or so. The wireform is a really nice gauge, and sturdy - no flimsiness here. The wire has a nice finish on it, that is either an epoxy, or possibly powder coated, and has the company name imprinted (silkscreened?) on it. The finish is a really nice detail, especially if you appreciate quality. Another really nice detail is that this little gem is made in the United States, by a small business. You get a great product, and support a small American business, it's a win/win situation. I like this item well enough to put a few of the company's products on my short list of "must have" items.

Works really good

I do a lot of conventions where I'm trying to display a lot of guns in a very small space. When ordering these, I thought the price might be a bit steep for a little wire and foam but they are more than worth every penny! These are the most sturdy stands I've ever used - and I've used a lot. These are so stable and hold any gun I throw at them well. I display historical reproductions as well as sci-fi weapons and these hold a civil war revolver as well as a clone trooper blaster!

These are just what I need to stand my hand guns up in my drawer. Easy to use.

I was really hapy to find these, and even happier once I received them. Very well made and well thought -out, they display antique pistols of different sizes perfectly. My personal preference is to display a pistol on a bit of an angle, and these achieve precisely that purpose. The stands are stable, protect the gun, and are pretty minimalistic so as not to take away from the display of the gun itself. A very simple option to increase the height if so desired or needed would be to simply set the stand on an appropriately sized clear acrylic , dark wod, etc square base.
