These do seem to work for me. I sometimes get a sudden leg cramp in the middle of the night waking me up from a dead sleep. I keep a tube by my bedside and they seem to work quickly. They have a pleasant taste and dissolve fairly quickly. I will buy again. With 3 tubes I can keep one in my purse too.

My son plays high school football and we live in a very warm state. Last year he had issues with getting cramps even though we made sure he stayed hydrated and had plenty of electrolytes.
