I bought this to replace the factory latch on my 2024 Geo Pro 19FD. The deadbolt on the factory latch fell apart inside the door due to a missing screw during assembly. I was able to replace the screw and satisfactorily reassemble the latch. However, after some discussion with my wife, we decided a combination lock would be a useful substitution. So, after checking one other brand, I decided on this one due to the positive reviews and the much lower price. It fit just fine and works as advertised. The only critical observation was that the latch assembles with sheet metal screws into plastic holes. The one I took off used machine screws with threaded receptacles, which I consider higher quality. However, so far this one seems solid enough.I had one frustration in reading the instructions on how to change the lock code. It says to press the code reset button, enter a new code, then press lock twice (a voice will tell you to enter the new code and press the lock button). I entered the code and pushed the lock button two times. The voice told me I was unsuccessful. I finally figured out you must enter the code twice, pressing the lock button after each of the two times. Duh! Anyway, it looks good and seems to function well. Note that the keypad locking feature only locks/unlocks the sliding deadbolt, NOT the slam latch. If the latch handle is locked with a key, the keypad or fob will not unlock it. You must unlock it with a key from the outside.

Buy from RV Lock! Don’t hesitate. I purchased this a year an a half ago. Easy to install. We love it! Looks great on our class C motorhome. Fit perfectly in the existing hole so there was no need for adjustments. We like the mute feature. So convenient to not have to carry keys. My mobile RV tech can come work on our RV without us having to leave him a key. Worked great until it recently it stopped operating one day and new batteries didn’t work. The key still works but not the keypad. Since it had been over a year I figured I’d need to buy a new one. I called RV Lock support anyway and they could not have been more helpful. Very kind and immediately shipped out a part that they think may have malfunctioned. Sending a new chip/board (I forget what she called it). Will be easy to put in and we should be good to go. She said if it doesn’t work then I should call back and they will help further. What a wonderful product and a wonderful company! They have my business for life!

Super easy to install and works like a charm. Took me 15 minutes to remove the old lock and reinstall this lock. The key works the top lock and the fob or key pad works the deadbolt. Very good construction as well

I was excited to get this lock for my travel trailer so I wouldn’t have to carry keys around anymore. Overall, it works well and has made getting in and out of the camper much more convenient.It was super easy to install — it only took about 10 minutes. The lock looks great and has a modern feel. The keypad is very responsive and locks and unlocks quickly. I also like that it has different sound modes, and I was able to mute it. It’s very convenient to unlock the door quickly without fumbling for keys. That said, there are a few drawbacks. The inside handle is made of plastic and has a bit of flex to it, which makes it harder to close the door from the inside. It’s also not very deep, so it can be awkward to grip. I’ve worked around this by holding the door closed and then locking it with the deadbolt to keep it latched. Because of the friction hinge on my trailer door, the door tends to stay open unless I slam it shut, which wasn’t necessary with the original metal lock.Another design limitation is the lack of a “0” and “9” on the keypad, which restricts your code options more than I’d like.All in all, I’m still happy with the purchase, but a few changes could make it a 5-star product.

If the packaging is any indication of quality , we’re in great shape. Simple to install and appears to be rock solid! Took a couple of tries to get the fob to pair with the deadbolt , working perfectly now. No more keeping up with keys!!

This is supposed to be the "lighter weight" version so I was expecting something flimsy. This is definitely not that. It is a substantial lock, far better than the original. Super easy swap, super easy programming, and it works flawlessly. And the bonus is that I now have a happy wife since she never has a key handy.

This is an amazing product when you have groceries, dog ,gate you can literally open it with the remote from your car. This is an amazing thing that’s going on here. I feel so safe having this keypad and the keychain safety is such a key in my family and having the door ready to go walking straight in and not waiting is amazing. Also, when the weather is bad, you can open it With your keychain. I recommend this product to anyone it also lights up at night if you do not have the keychain and the packaging is just amazing. This is a great buy. It took my husband 10 minutes to put together. The quality is great. I cannot say enough about this 20 stars
