Smells and taste delicious

We use it every night before bed. Works great. Nice taste. Has D3 and C in it so it's more than calcium magnesium. Good stuff. Lasts for several weeks. Good price. Note however it doesn't have a scooper. I has to get an extra scooper from another supplement container. But I guess other people use spoons which works too unless you travel.

My husband ordered this for me for a few different reasons. The fact that I can replace some of my pill/capsule form supplements has been a positive. Not to mention I'm getting more benefits due to better absorption. I do make mine slightly different than the instructions indicate you to do so: I put half approx 2-4 oz of water in a cup and microwave for 90 seconds. Be careful, as the water will be HOT! Add 2 TBSP powder per instructions to not water. Fill 6-8 oz cup with ice. Pour hot water/supplement mix over ice and add water to fill remainder of cup. Then stir. Drink. Refill with water & drink again. It tastes like flavored water that has just been watered down. The taste is subtle and honsetly doesn't taste bad it all!! When I'm taking it consistently I can tell an improvement in my mood, energy levels, I'm less irritable, feel overall better mentally and notice improvements w/GI symptoms I often struggle with. Do NOT get the 'Unflavored' - It has a awful taste to it that can be very discouraging if that is the one you start with. If I would have I'm not sure I would have purchased at again __ Mixed Berry is definitely the way to go!!! Haven't tried the citrus and am nervous to do so given my experience with the Unflavored version of the product. I think I'll be sticking with what I know. At least for now. I suffer from several Mental Health diagnoses, including Bipolar I, and rely of a variety of supplements to help with symptom mgmt. That way I am able to remain on the most least restrictive amount of prescription medication(s) as possible (just my preference for my health goals - not b/c there is anything wrong w/those who need or choose to accept that form of help; as I have in the past) this is one of the many supplements I consistently implement on a daily basis that has allowed me the ability to safely make that choice for myself. Like with any supplement, it took a few weeks of really being consistent, and being commited before I really started noticing results.

Love this stuff, helps me get rested before bed and kills a headache if you have one.

I will begin to have 1 cup everyday as I need. After the first month, I will see the results. The quality of the product is excellent, the instructions are very clear, also, it was sealed and brand new! I am really happy with my purchase, thank you and have a great day!

About a year ago I started to get sick about once or twice a month and I would violently throw up, almost felt like I was being poisoned. When I consulted my doctor she suggested potassium which I began to take and found no relief. I then looked up whether people had these symptoms with magnesium deficiency, and found that they do. I began taking in the pill form but came across CalMagPlus on Amazon and am very pleased I did. Being in the powdered form I feel that it deliveries the magnesium to my body better than the pill form. I take this in the morning and am going to add at night too to help with night cramps.

Since I broke my ankle and had surgery, I have been having trouble sleeping, I have been constipated due to anesthesia, and I need my bones to heal. Seemed like this would solve all my problems. One container doesn't last long for the price. The taste is hideously sweet. The powder flies everywhere when chemically reacting with water. Since it is red, it makes a mess. Hasn’t helped with the constipation, which is unlike other magnesium’s I have taken. Not my favorite brand.

Product arrived on time, I put 1 teaspoon into two cups, one for me and one for wife (Directions call for two teaspoons) Put in boiling water, let the fizz go down and topped off Taste was fine, similar to Emergen-C Raspberry Just started using so can't report any results, will update this review then.
