Disappointed

Delivery was right on time. However, the only thing I could use was the oil. The oil filter has a plastic seal or wrap over the filter "O" ring, to keep it soft and it had a third not covered so that part was hard. The order included a crush washer for the drain plug bolt, two were included but both were the wrong size.
