Seller instructions were very helpful
I'm very satisfied with what this product is for the price. Yes it is fake leather, it's thin (but has a satin-y liner on the inside), all pockets are not real pockets except for the two on the side where you'd put your hands while walking.I am between size M and L in the chest and the XL fit me snug but still wearable.
