Relatively easy to put together. It took a bit to get the top to line up right, but it was my error of trying to force it. I ended up hot gluing the stairs on because I put one of the pieces on upside down and it wasn’t an easy fix, so it’s holding up fine with the glue. Kids were so happy to see it on Christmas morning. I bought little chairs and stuff from hobby lobby because the le toy van is so expensive. And I found some little people on Amazon similar to the le toy van ones with the shaggy hair etc. I looked at this dollhouse for 2-3 years and I’m so glad I ended up choosing this one. It’s perfect even for my 7 year old, who shares it with the 5 year old.

Beautiful dollhouse! Easy to put together, be careful to not put together with the inside wallpapers facing outward!

I got this product in an Amazon box, and did not open it immediately as I planned on assembling it the weekend before my daughter’s birthday. I opened the package and immediately witnessed what I can only describe as a destroyed product. The box from Le Toy Van was completely tore up, with visible damage to all surfaces. When I looked in what’s left of the box I noted damaged windows, broken window shutters, damage to the walls of the dollhouse, scratches on all the flat surfaces of the dollhouse, and several missing pieces, notably the ladder to the attic space and the columns that assemble the front door. I reached out to the customer service department for Le Toy Van, and was told that they do not assist anyone over the phone, and I would have to submit an email in order to have any assistance. I left the email, but also felt I should leave a review on the product as well. Update: Le Toy Van refused to help in any way with replacing missing or damaged parts. They would not speak to me over the phone about the issue, and were very unhelpful through email. However, Amazon was amazing! After calling the customer service line and explaining the issue, the rep for Amazon went above and beyond to send out a completely new dollhouse and did it within two days, allowing me to make my daughter’s birthday a success. I cannot thank Amazon enough for their diligence and compassion with this issue. Long story short: if you plan on purchasing this product, be aware that the manufacturer is entirely unhelpful and will refuse to assist with any concerns you may have, but Amazon will do whatever they can to ensure you have a good experience.

Super easy to put together! Sturdy and made a great Christmas gift for 3-year old. Love that it closes up and hides everything inside. Aesthetically pleasing interior and plenty of options for rooms. I am very happy I spent a little more on this than I had originally planned.

I looked at many doll houses and ended up purchasing this one. It’s so adorable and seems good quality. I did have some issues with putting it together, but was able to get it together in the end.

This was a Christmas gift for my child, I purchased it ahead of time enough that in case pieces were broken or missing I could prices a return and get a replacement (due to some of the reviews) and thankfully, all the pieces were there and in working order. It was a bit difficult to understand the directions since we had to look for them online though. Once put together though it was perfect for my daughter!

This dollhouse came beautifully and professionally packaged. Each piece was thoughtfully wrapped. I was able to assemble it by myself for the most part. I had an issue with one of the two chimneys which did not fit correctly. I reached out to the seller and they promptly sent the new chimney. I love the dollhouse and would definitely purchase again!

組み立て式のレ・トイ・バンの木製ドールハウス。本日早速組み立て着手。説明書がわかり易いためか、きれいに完成。板は厚く想像以上に頑丈なドールハウス。階段部分は要ドライバー。かなりの大きさなので1人で組み立てるとなると少し時間が掛かるかも。1人だと辛っ。2人だと余裕。3人だと内1人には邪魔しないで向こうで遊んでてねー。と、そんなフォーメーションでしょうか。娘は完成直後から離れないほどお気に入り❤️ 娘の身長は約95cm。座って1・2・3階部分で、立って4階部分で遊ぶのにちょうどいい感じです。4階部分は屋根が開閉します。屋根裏部屋みたいで可愛い❤️家具などはトイ・レ・バンで揃えましたが、お人形は未購入。でも他の小さな人形でも代用が効くと思います。最初は娘には大きいかなと思いましたが、淡い色合いなのでリビングの床に直に置いてもインテリの邪魔にならないし、娘は遊びやすいしで満足しました❗️

Es preciosa! Tal cual se ve en las fotografías. El montaje es sencillo. El envío fue rápido y llegó en perfecto estado. Los muebles (adquiridos a parte) son tambien muy bonitos. Los detalles, muy cuidados. Las familias, en cambio no me gustaban, asi que me decante por unos mu#ecos de goma de la marca Haba y he de decir que de tama#o van perfectos.

Nachdem meine Tochter die Biegepuppen von Le Toy Van wesentlich hübscher fand als die Lundby-Familie, sind wir umgeschwenkt und haben statt des geplanten Lundby-Hauses nun das Cherry Tree Hall House bestellt. Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön, toll verarbeitet und in dezenten FArben gehalten, so dass es hoffentlich auch noch in ein paar Jahren gemocht wird. Das Zusammenstecken geht sehr einfach und das ganze Haus macht einen sehr stabilen, wertigen Eindruck. Toll finden wir, dass es sich aufgrund der Türen komplett verschließen last, und bei Nichtgebrauch ein wenig wie eine Kommode aussieht ;-) Ich bin gespannt, wie meine Tochter reagiert, wenn sie das Haus zum 5. Geburtstag bekommt. Sie ist ja ein wenig älter als die eigentliche Zielgruppe (ab 3 Jahren) und ich finde die Le Toy Van Möbel zwar ebenfalls wunderschön, aber doch ein wenig 'klobig'. In ein paar Tagen werde ich berichten können, ob das Haus samt Möbeln zum Lieblingsspielzeug erkoren wurde ;-)

La casa è molto bella, ed è arrivata intatta, senza nemmeno un graffio. Il materiale è di ottima qualità, e rende la casa robusta. Non è difficile da montare ma sono necessarie due persone per assemblarla in sicurezza. Sono felice di aver fatto questo acquisto!
