Great for drilling through cement. After 5 minutes of drilling through cement, my hands were not tired and the drill did not excessively heat up. I used a two foot long bit and there was no wobble once I evenly tightened the chock. The key is nice and big and hard to lose. I always paint mine florescent orange so I can spot them quickly.
