The door is great and the top and bottom parts sit deep inside the holes, making the door sturdy and safe. I shall be trying it out this weekend, when one of our cats goes to the vet. Very pleased with my purchase. ### ⭐ Flimsy cat carrier *by A***R on 6 July 2026* I used this cat carrier for the very first time today to take my cat to the vet. As I was walking to vet the handle snapped from the carrier causing the carrier to fall to the ground and causing distress to my cat. The handle is clearly not strong enough to hold the weight of the carrier and a cat inside. Customer Service have been amazing and given me a full refund.
