The packaging was simple but neat, love the fact the darts were inside the pouch without a chance of being lost, I’ve had more expensive darts come in careless packaging with darts missing before, so definitely appreciate proper packaging, I’d say you are really paying for the barrels as the shafts are basic and likely to break after few falls, but I like that it came with some extra flights as I go through those a lot quicker. Overall fantastic darts. Hopefully RedDragon can send me some darts to try and write a review about as I’m really starting to like their products Review: Find a barrel that you find comfortable is key - I started throwing darts at my house. It was something to keep me busy and prevent myself from becoming a person that just sits in front the tv. I really just do it by myself. With that said, I got darts from Walmart because seeing them is what gave me the idea to start. I just didn’t like the size and shape of the barrel. I when to Dick’s assuming that they would have a few options, well they don’t. They had 2 options that were both crappy even compared to Walmart. That’s how I ended up here. One thing I’ve come to realize is that barrel size and shape is key to finding darts that you can really start to trust. The only way to figure out which is best for you is to try them out. These Red Dragon’s are amazing and something I thought I wouldn’t like, the plastic shafts has become my favorite thing. Yes they break easier but if you are hitting the board they last a long time and if you need to replace them 28 are only a few bucks. The biggest thing I would like to get across is that Red Dragon makes top notch darts at an excellent price range. $30 set truly are on par with offerings in the range of $100 by other companies. I’ve never found a manufacturer of a product that won me over instantly until them. Since this set, I have gotten 2 my sets from them and am just as happy. Or yeah, and they are a really company with a phone number and email listed and they are responsive and really want you to be happy with what you get. Dealing with them is unlike any company I’ve dealt with online. Stress free and pleasant. ## Features - STREAMLINED PRECISION BARRELS: Slim, precision-machined tungsten barrels provide a clean release and tighter grouping for more accurate throws - CONTROLLED 24G PERFORMANCE: Heavier weight delivers a stable, confident feel, ideal for players who prefer a more deliberate, controlled throwing style - PREMIUM 85% TUNGSTEN BUILD: High-density construction ensures durability while maintaining a refined, balanced profile for consistent performance - COMPLETE SETUP WITH SPARES: Includes 3 darts, multiple flights, and shafts, allowing easy replacement and customization for long-term use - COMPACT STORAGE WALLET INCLUDED: Keeps darts and accessories organized, protected, and easy to carry for home, pub, or league play ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07B3XSHWN | | Best Sellers Rank | #70,512 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #124 in Darts | | Brand Name | RED DRAGON | | Color | Red | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 4.4 out of 5 stars (5,588) | | Date First Available | July 12, 2018 | | Included Components | Dart Flight, Dart Shaft, Dart Wallet | | Item Package Dimensions L x W x H | 6.46 x 2.68 x 0.71 inches | | Item Weight | 24 g | | Manufacturer | Red Dragon | | Material | Tungsten | | Model Name | Axis Series | | Outer Material | Evos | | Package Weight | 0.11 kg | | Part Number | ARDD1918 | | Size | 24g | | Sport Type | Darts | | Style | Axis Red | | Suggested Users | unisex | | Warranty Description | Manufacturer's Warranty | ## Images ![RED DRAGON Axis Professional Darts Set - 85% Tungsten Darts with Flights, Shafts & Wallet, Soft Tip 18g and Steel Tip 24g - 28g - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81TfyW6Hc8L.jpg) ![RED DRAGON Axis Professional Darts Set - 85% Tungsten Darts with Flights, Shafts & Wallet, Soft Tip 18g and Steel Tip 24g - 28g - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81-CO2xwaBL.jpg) ![RED DRAGON Axis Professional Darts Set - 85% Tungsten Darts with Flights, Shafts & Wallet, Soft Tip 18g and Steel Tip 24g - 28g - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71TIWmGwl4L.jpg) ![RED DRAGON Axis Professional Darts Set - 85% Tungsten Darts with Flights, Shafts & Wallet, Soft Tip 18g and Steel Tip 24g - 28g - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71xb7-tdMoL.jpg) ![RED DRAGON Axis Professional Darts Set - 85% Tungsten Darts with Flights, Shafts & Wallet, Soft Tip 18g and Steel Tip 24g - 28g - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/7124qHLlseL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: what is the barrel diameter?** A: The diameter is relevant to the weight of the barrel. The heavier the dart, the larger the diameter. **Q: Are the shafts changeable?** A: Yes. I do not think I've seen shafts that are not changeable **Q: do the 28 gramers come with a repointing tool?** A: No... you'll have to purchase the repointing tool separately.. **Q: Is the grip knurling?** A: The grip on the Evos dart is known as a scalloped grip due to the curved indentation in the centre of the grip. The black portion of the grip which is too smooth to be called knurled, is in my opinion a level1 patterned grip resembling that of a knurled grip. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best darts for the price! *by S***O on February 14, 2024* The design makes these darts beginner and advanced friendly, you grip it in same spot on every throw without questioning bringing more consistency and confidence to your throw, they are well made as I’ve used my friends paid before I decided to grab my own.
