I’ve had numerous knee braces over the years, some good, some poor. I had ACL surgery a cpl years ago and after piling on the lbs sat at a desk for long hrs with zero time/ energy to exercise, I decided last summer, it was time to drop weight & get back to being the old fit person I used to be. I’ve built my fitness right up to a great level after dropping 4.5st but what I didn’t even think about, was that my old knee supports wouldn’t fit! I took it easy on my knees at first by using cardio ( Skierg machine is my absolute favourite) and doing 30 mins on that on full resistance I do roughly 400 squats a week on top of Aerobics class and the rower etc I needed a support that would not be too big n bulky under my fitness leggings so I decided to try this as I’d bought another one with Velcro straps etc but it’s so big, it hinders my movement when exercising. I wanted a pull on type that would stand up to an aerobics class, gym use of X trainer and skierg machine. This does all of that! I waited until now to do the review as I have done an hrs aerobics training class this morning followed by a solid 30 mins on the Skierg ( I do squats, knee raises- side knee raises and back kicks when using the resistance pull down handles at same time) and happy to say, this did not budge! It didn’t roll down, didn’t start coming down and stayed put throughout my entire routine of one after the other. It’s light, quite supportive and doesn’t budge.. you can barely tell I’m wearing it through my gym leggings as shown in photo. Now I’m strengthening my legs/ knees, I need something to support but if you’ve got arthritis / pain in your knees ( I have in both but not really bothered by it too much but my right knee does get a little tight/ swollen when worked unsupported) and you’re struggling, you might want something like a knee brace with adjustable Velcro straps for added support to stabilise your knees. If you’re looking to support the knees for activities or even just walking around house doing housework etc and need a bit of support, this is great. If you’ve got a bit of arthritis but want to exercise with support, this will help. I’ve had it on since 10am and it’s currently 1pm after getting home sat with a coffee and it’s still comfortable and doesn’t dig in, soft and the band round the top really does stay put! As with anything re the knees, if you’re in a lot of pain, do take painkillers in accordance with guidelines but these can add that layer of support you might be looking for to offer comfort. For context, I’m 5’10 and 12st 6 and I went by the actual measurement on the guide as my legs are quite slim so I was maybe 1” under the difference between medium and large so I erred on side of caution in case the med was quite small and I went for a large and it’s a great fit, good compression and not at all big. It’s snug without being too tight. Be guided by your actual measurements. Hope this helps!

Great for a Chunky Knee. I normally need a 5XL in other brands but this was a XXL (for a 63cm width) this is the closest I have found to the old cream elastic supports I used to use years ago, when a standard large size was enough. This one has a little give, so movement is not totally restricted. It compresses the whole knee , no baggy areas. It has the anti slip grip, so it doesn’t fall down. It feels really supportive. I will be buying another as I think this will definitely help recovery from knee injury which is expected to take 4-6 months . I don’t know how well they wash yet but so far I’m pleased with this product. It’s far better than the thick knee wraps with Velcro straps and added wrap around straps , which gave no support at all, and would fall down.

The knee brace is really supportive and provides great stability during walking specially during incline walk as I recently had tendinitis. It feels sturdy, comfortable to wear for long periods, and definitely helps with knee pain. I deducted one star only because the sizing runs a bit tighter than described, so it’s slightly more snug than expected. Otherwise, an excellent product that does its job well

I have damaged ligaments in my knee and after several weeks of minimal improvement I bought this brace. It is tight and supportive without gripping too hard and although I am still in some discomfort I feel it gives me good support as I go about my daily life, particularly on the golf course.

The Medium support is very good but unfortunately I ordered two medium supports but when I opened my delivery one of the supports was large size so I’m having to return it to Amazon.
