I buy this consistently to meal prep and it is a very good rice blend. It’s tasty and has good fiber in it. I would recommend this over plain rice for its health benefits and taste. What a wonderful rice blend! It is flavorful and versatile, working well as a stand-alone side dish or as a platform for a myriad of main course dishes, Shrimp fried rice, popcorn shrimp, beef in gravy, etc. It is even wonderful as a quick supper of rice, brown sugar, and milk, or simply rice, butter, and some onion powder and pepper. I love to keep a good stock of this rice blend in my pantry because it is perfect for putting together a quick dinner for company, too. Good value, great product, super quick to cook since it is parboiled - 15 minutes, tops!

If you are pretty adventurous in the kitchen then I can highly recommend this delicious rice blend that even cooks up perfectly in a rice cooker. I have a small rice cooker and I used 1 cup of this rice plus 2 cups of water and pressed the button. About 15 minutes later I had rice ready to go. While I was waiting I fried 8 ounces of sliced white mushrooms in 1/4 cup water until just cooked. Then when the rice was done I used mitts to take the rice cooker liner out and I scooped the rice into the frying pan. Then I added 1/4 cup salted butter and let it melt into the rice, stirring well. This made an excellent side for meatballs in a sweet-and-sour sauce. Delicious! I'll definitely be getting this rice again. It looks like it is going to last a while since I only need one cup per meal and the container makes it easy to store in the pantry! Win-Win! ~The Rebecca Review

Used this brand and blend for years. I usually less than a full cup of rice when preparing. It easy to fix and little time. Add a sprinkle of sugar, dash of salt, a pat of butter. Better than dessert.

Quality is fair , value for your money not so much , it does cook perfectly if you follow directions. Healthy, and functions with so many dishes . No stick. My only complaint is how much it cost for how little you get.
