Iffy smell

There's a strange smell much like a chemical of some kind that emanates after cooking, which I have not found in the other branded quinoa packets I've purchased in the past.

Initially when I purchased two times it was good quality , later on when I purchased again I received completely a different rice and smells . It’s not even looking like quinoa . Please don’t fool customers .
