Definitely calming!

This stuff does me some good. I can tell when I don't remember to take it. I have ADD inattentive, and Zenwell calms me down just enough and helps me to focus and recall things to better. I subscribe to this and take it most every day.

I bought these because my stress levels have been through the roof. They have made such a difference. At first I felt a little groggy the next morning, so I cut back to just one pill and then back to the 2 recommended after the first week. My anxiety calmed way down, and I stopped spiraling over every little thing. I’m also sleeping like a baby now, which I haven’t done in years. As a woman in my late 40s, I’m really focused on keeping my cortisol in check, and this is the only natural thing I’ve tried that actually works. I was even starting to think about going on antidepressants, but now I don’t feel like I need them at all. Seriously, if you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, or sleep issues, give these a try. Can’t recommend them enough.

I am extremely reactive to lectins. I get a terrible itch when I eat them. I normally take a different brand of ksm66 with no problem but it is out of stock. This brand had it of my mind with itching. My research shows it is the way the root is processed. We are all different this just my experience.

I have been using this product for several years. I highly recommend it! Size of the pills are a little big, but they go down fine (at least for me.). Price is not too bad. I think the health benefits are a huge plus. I didn’t take for a couple months and found a difference and started taking again. There isn’t much of a taste and I take them with my vitamins.
