Ordered this faucet as part of my remodel and wasn’t really sure if it’s good quality since it’s quite bit less expensive than the once I see in local stores. To my surprise, the faucet come in a very well packaged box and every component is well made. It comes with decent installation instructions and easy to follow. It feel rock solid and very sturdy. Unfortunately, my contractor damaged one of the water supply hose came in the kit by accident. He couldn’t find anything locally to replace the damaged hose. Wasn’t sure what to expect, I tried to reach the company. To my surprise, someone actually answered my call even it was well after hours (about 9pm est). She listened to my problem and without hesitation, offered free replacement parts with expedited shipping so we can keep the remodel on schedule. I was thoroughly impressed by how good the customer service provided by this seller. She went above and beyond what you would expect from average online retailers. I’ve upload pictures of new bathroom and the new tub faucet is just perfect fit and add appeals to the overall esthetic of the design. I’m very pleased with the outcome.
