Buy this instead of an LED bulb
This is a nice bright RV outside light. I had one near my hitch that went bad and the light over the door went out also. I bought this to replace the hitch light and an led bulb to replace the regular bulb over the door. This is so much brighter than the old one or replacement bulb. For a few dollars more I could have had a better porch light. The only issue is that the mounting holes were slightly different than the original so I had to plug the old holes and drill new. The fixture covers the old holes though so you can't tell it's not original.

Did what I needed it to and it was very bright.
Wish it had a backing plate. Probably would have made my life a little bit easier, but I suppose It not having one It's one of the reasons I got it for the price that I got it for Now it's been on my trailer for about a year now. I haven't tried it in a couple months because I only use it when I have to change my propane. Tanks out at night. But last time I tried it, it worked well and it was bright.

Great light
Easy replacement for the same style lamp. 2 wires and 2 screws and you are done. I mainly upgraded due to the lens being held on with screws rather than snapping in place and falling out. Light is very bright and works well at night. Amber lens is perfect and not blinding while camping. I expect the led to last for a long time.

Nice inexpensive light for trailer
Replaced defective led light on my trailer. I did have to drill new holes because they did not line up with the old ones. Very happy with the results. Nice to have a choice of lens but I went with the clear for more light. My replacement was for a utility light in the front of my trailer. If using for a porch light one might consider the amber to be more resistant to attracting insects.

Necessary to have lights and places where you can’t see it specially at night time
