I never had a chance to really find out if they work because the taste was so bad, tasted like dirt. I even tried putting them way back in my throat I couldn't keep them down. After only 2 1/2 days and throwing them up every time I gave up. I was really disappointed after what I had read what Leptin can do for you.

I was a bit surprised at how effective this was in making me feel full longer and reduce cravings. I was having difficulties binging at night and craving crab heavy meals and this has helped significantly. I’m impressed!

Didn't do anything

I’ve struggled with my weight for so many years but a sensible diet, exercise & Leptin alive has made all the difference for me.

So far so good. Only been taking for a few days and I think it will start working better as I go along. Will reorder!
