If you need a matte pore minimizer or something to lessen the shine on your nose or hairline or wherever, this is your product! Works better than anything else I’ve trie - including very expensive ones! Does not have pigment, which is a very good thing. You can refresh if you need to during the day - will go over any makeup ( I use a tinted BB cream). The price of this is amazing, the quality is superb and a little goes a long way. I will not be without it!

I was worried this would make me breakout as I have extremely sensitive skin. It did not, thankfully. I was skeptical, but pleasantly surprised by how smooth and even it made my skin look without making it look matte, which I don't like as it accentuates winkles in my 60 year old skin. I don't wear much, if any, makeup most days but wanted to even-out my skin tone so I gave this a try and it did just that! Even my mostly oblivious husband noticed my skin and said it looked smooth, even and glowing. Pretty good for something that is not a foundation. I was impressed.

I’m a 39-year-old grandma (yes, that’s real) with a disabled vet body and a face that’s basically a scrapbook of bad decisions and genetics. If skin could qualify as a “fixer-upper,” mine would be listed as “great potential, needs full renovation.” The feel: This primer surprised me. It’s smooth, dry, and powdery—like cornstarch, baby powder, or one of those mythical moisturizers that doesn’t leave you looking like you fell asleep in a pizza box. It doesn’t suffocate your skin, and that’s a win. The look: The clear formula is a blessing and a curse. On the plus side, there are no harsh lines if you miss a spot—so you won’t walk around looking like your face stopped at the border of your jawline. On the downside, maybe it’s because it’s clear that it doesn’t quite bulldoze my pores the way I’d like. Performance: It’s good—better than plenty I’ve tried—but if I’m honest, Rimmel’s Stay Matte still holds the crown for me. That one grips harder and makes my skin behave longer. This one smooths things, but doesn’t quite convince me I’m not 39 going on “grandma tired.” The value: Price-wise, it’s great. Totally fair for what it does. My gripe? The tube is too small. I need a size that screams “bulk warehouse,” not “tiny purse sample.” Bottom line: Great for makeup… terrible at covering regret, trauma, and three decades of questionable life choices. 4 stars.

Great face primer that is affordable. No need to spend a fortune.

I have been using this products for over 25 years to help smooth imperfections and enlarged pores on my nose and chin. It fact, after using it on those areas, I usually pat a little bit over my entire face. It does not do away with deep wrinkles; however, it does diminish the appearance and makes my skin look much smoother. It is odorless, inexpensive and does a pretty good camouflage. I do not have lots of enlarged pores, but I do like the way it makesmy skin look smoother. I also like the fact that it is inexpensive, but effective. A little goes a long way.

It helps blur my large pores, so from afar my skin looks smoother. Hooray! But the downside, it’s super greasy. My skin feels so oily after I use it. I’m going to keep looking for a product that can help reduce the appearance of my pores without the grease factor.

I never expected a product that actually covered pores, but it does. I lightly put it over my cheeks where I have old acne scars, and it does the job. It is opaque and any foundation or powder I put on it. It looks find.. This is a real find for me. I need a few more bottles in case they decide to stop making it.

If your main goal is smoother-looking skin and a longer-lasting makeup finish, this is a great budget-friendly choice.
