Excellent mindfulness meditation CD
This is a very good CD for learning mindfulness meditation. The voice is very soothing and has great clarity. The daily practice of body scan and sitting meditation brings peace and stability of mind . And the other two mediation techniques, you can do once in a while, so that you can use these mindfulness techniques in any challenging situation of life.

Different for all
I would give this a higher review if i was just commenting on my experience. I run a mindfulness group in which i used this CD. A few members in the group had a very negetive reaction to the male voice on the CD. I personally had a very positive experience when using the CD. Comments I recieved in the group includedthat he sounds like he is trying too hard to sound soothing and hs style is a bit too directive. Now I on the other hand did not have the same experience. I guess what this tell us is that although there may be postive or negetive comments this will not really tell you much. It almost has to be experienced for one to be able to have an objective experience at which time you decide for yourself. I am guessing this will not be so helpful. This was just my experience in an individual and group setting. I suppose it is also expected. Oh- I like it.

Great way to start my day
I started using the cd routinely in the mornings and notice that I feel more grounded and able to handle stress throughout the day. I sometimes also use it to help me quiet my mind and fall asleep at night as well. Well worth the price!

Fell asleep listening the first time
Depending on your stress level, this might work for you. I fell asleep the first time I listening, but was VERY similar to relaxation classes I took in 1967...so I just slipped back into that mode. Calm voice...with good visualization exercises.

Mindfulness Meditation & Stress Reduction for Beginners
My nephew recommended it to me but I am very pleased with it & even though I have never done meditation before it is very easy to follow & I would recommend it to anyone interested in doing meditation.

I listen to this CD every day at work and before going to sleep at night. It is relaxing and makes the day go by without feeling rushed and stressed.

Not the best meditation CD for me. Would recomend you try it yourself because every heards things differetly. Give it a try and see how you like it.
