Does this sweater come in plus sizes? I wear a 16/18 in blouses. What size would I need?

I bought an x-large and the fit was a little big. Not by much but some. However, the longer you wear it the bigger it gets. By the end of the day it was way to big. Stretches bad.

What’s size is considered a size XS?

Can this sweater be washed? I don't like wearing new clothes without washing them first. Thank you.
