These paints are truly amazing. Very vibrant. I have created all of these using only arteza. And have no complaints whatsoever. The only thing I can list as a con at all is that when you squeeze it on a palette it dries out and falls out of the palette at times. But I don't really mind that. You can always use them fresh out the tubes. It works well. On any kind of paper I have used. And are pretty thick as well. If you water it down, it still performs well.

Arteza gouache are really a good start for beginners. I am a beginner in gouache and would recommend these. Although the delivery was the worst it arrived after one month

Absolutely amazing, blends beautifully and seamlessly, can be used on 100gsm paper and above. Worke best on 300gsm 25% cotton paper.

Son exactamente lo que esperaba. Los colores estan bien pigmentados y son brillantes. Obtienes un acabado mate muy bonito y al mezclar la textura cremosa ideal de Gouache. La calidad-precio y la variedad de colores esta muy bien. Me gustó que en el empaque especifica la transparencia de cada color.

Me los compré para probar la técnica de gouache ya que me encanta la ilustración y experimentar con diferentes técnicas. Después de ver algunas reseñas en youtube me animé a comprarlas, y la verdad que por el precio que tienen y todos los colores que vienen están muy bien. Me quedó la ilustración con los colores muy vivos y eso que los mezclé bastante entre ellos. Os animo a que probéis esta marca en cuanto a gouache. La única cosa que a mi me llegó un packaging diferente al de la foto que aparece, era una caja más rectangular y alta con cuatro departamentos pequeños de plástico. Por otra parte imagino que habrá de mejor calidad y más profesionales, pero no soy tan entendida en esta técnica.

As I usually paint in acrylics or watercolour, gouache takes some handling. Putting highlights on a watercolour, for instance, can kill it if you overuse it. I shall use it as a separate medium. Nice paint and it will be a useful addition. Good consistency and value for money.

I was looking for a starter set of gouache that wouldn't break my bank and wouldn't be so cheap that the quality suffered and turned me off of the medium. I had heard good things about these paints and although it cost a bit more than I had intended to spend I purchased them. I have been very happy with these paints. I put them into a palette right away and they set overnight with no issues of cracking or falling apart. (I've heard most paints should be mixed with gum arabic or other mixing mediums to avoid cracking but I didn't use anything and have had no problems with these paints) There are a good variety of colours in the set and they mix together nicely. Painting with them has been much easier than I anticipated. Mistakes easily lifted with a bit of water, colours blended well and laid over dry layers without becoming muddy. Overall I'm happy with this purchase and I think I found my new favourite medium.
