I have always used Littmans and this scope is as good as my cardiology. lung and heart sounds are crisp in quite environments and still good when it is noisy. Taking blood pressures with accuracy even in noisy environments. I was suprised at the narrow and what seems to be a lesser quality tube when it is paired with such a nice head and pressured diaphram. I have found that this is not an issue. This scope is light weight and sits around your neck well. When at work my scope stays there unless I am using it. the ear buds are comfortable and my ears are not sore after a long day of assessments. I would recommend this specific scope to anyone. The price great.
