Don't believe all the hype you read about expensive UV Torches. This inexpensive light is as good as any I've used. It has a very strong output that can quickly cure fairly thick layers of UV resin. While advertised as 395nm, it's actually fairly broad spectrum, and quickly cures every brand of UV resin that I have tried. I use it primarily for fly tying and lure making, where portability is a major asset.

First of all, yes, this is an actual UV Blacklight. Keep in mind that it is a sub-$10 one at that. With that in mind, it will do most of the basic work you need from a UV light but due to being such a low-cost light, it certainly does not perform as well as a more expensive one. You get a lot more visible light bleeding through with it.

We have cats! They're not always civilized. This Waklyte Black Light UV flashlight lets me find their 'spots', when I can often smell it, but not see it to know where to spray the cat pee destroying enzyme. As a double plus, my son uses the flashlight to light up the black light paint that he uses on his War Hammer Miniatures. I have suggested that he paint them with cat pee, since it also glows in the dark, costs less money than the miniatures paint, and could be used offensively on the field of battle. He rolls his eyes and gives me the, "Oh, mom!" groan.

I bought this to charge my GITD Funko Pops. It charges them okay, not the strongest light. It gets hot after about 3-5minutes of continuous use.

For the price I was skeptical but after using it works great just as the description says it would.

Excelente linterna, tiene mucha potencia, aunque por lo mismo se gasta un poco rápido la batería (utiliza 3 AAA no incluidas). La utilizo para detectar el marcaje de gatos en las paredes y el ocasional accidente cerca del arenero, así puedo mantener más limpia la casa y detectar si hay algún problema territorial con mis michis. También la usé para curar resina, la recomiendo si el trabajo es pequeño, me funcionó muy bien.
