I had to do a factory reset, and it did it again. I finally dropped to 4 apps and it could not handle those. I sent it back for a refund.I have wanted a lap top, but really don't need all the power of one. I just need a few apps, mail, facebook, chatting, light web browsing, Hulu, Amazon prime video, etc. See the picture for what I use. I don't like using the screen keyboard. This meets the bill ! The speakers work, but are not quality. The keyboard tabs and arrows work on the screen, and the enter keys works well. There is a slight lag when starting the app, but then is great. The battery life is not that long at all, and it takes time to charge up. I have set up on a tv tray and charging most of the time. For $74 Vs a lap top that is just great for me.
