Good Quality / Value for Money
Good quality and value for money. I used it to bake my keto bread by mixing it with almond and coconut flours, the 3 flours combination gives a far more delocious taste.

Nice
Sesame flour has a particular taste which some might not appreciate. It's excellent for keto and gluten free recipes and it works well when blended with other flours, e.g. almond flour or linseed flour. The result is always tasty and the price is also good.

Excellent
Bit more expensive than I normally paid for it, but it's sadly no longer available via my local health food shop. Unlike the advertised photograph, the packaging's covered in Norwegian text. I bought 2 twin packs, the best before dates were all 7 months away, which I'm happy with. I mix coconut oil into this sesame flour, to create a: healthy, raw, non-inflammatory kind of tahini. I sweeten the bitterness with a little blackstrap molasses and shake in some cinnamon. Makes for a delicious dessert and is possibly (albeit very gradually) putting colour back in my head hair.

Alternative flour
This flour is a very good alternative in recipes to almond flour especially if a person has allergies. It’s delicious made into cakes , pancakes and has a sweet flavour so less or no sugar is required.
