I spent two and a half hours on the phone trying to resolve with Hive who were very helpful despite the issue really being Amazon's to resolve. Ultimately we were unable to make this device work and had to return it. I'm still not clear as to whether Amazon should have delivered a leak plan code with the sensor but without this the sensor alone is effectively useless. I'd recommend signing up for Leak Plan directly from Hive at a few pounds a month as they will send the sensor for free. Disappointing. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent but now with an issue…. *by A***Y on 14 July 2022* These are absolutely brilliant bits of kit to work with your Hive heating and Hive hub, informs you via the Hive app when you have a constant drip somewhere in your house or a constant flow/running tap.The issue is that Hive will no longer support this after September the 1st 2023, worth noting before buying.From Hive yesterday “ Your service will continue as normal for another year, ending 1st September 2023”Cameras are out too: “ Our Hive View indoor and outdoor cameras will be supported for another three years ending 1st August 2025”Also worth noting!!!!! ### ⭐⭐ Settings insufficient. *by P***Y on 25 September 2021* First of all, it was never made clear the sensitivity of this product.I bought it for peace of mind while away from home.
