Very good product very good quality and amazing for fitness. Don't need to think a lot go ahead and buy this product

I chose these instead of the others because I was getting three tubes for the price of almost one. Secondly this is the only tube on amazon which can have neutral grip, rest of the bands can only be used in pronated or supinated form only. Thirdly you can use multiple bands at the same time to increase the resistance. Fourthly, a con, the hooks are plastic. I expected them to be metal. Don't know how long they will last. Reviewing them after a month. I use them for feeder workouts. Fingers crossed.

Quality of the rubber tube is okay. Resistance is well maintained. BUT ! The quality of the plastic used in the clips and brackets is extremely poor. It broke after 1 week

The itemis horrible...the loop of the blue band was broken the very first time while trying to fit it in the loophole
