Saw night has always been hit and miss. This solved the mystery! Not 100 percent accuracy but close enough

Since I have a few Milescraft products and needed a depth gauge, I purchased this one. I do not see anything bad about this depth gauge. I have read a few negative reviews for this tool and those are not truthful. This is not meant to be a super strong tool because it is not required to measure stress. It is intended to measure depth and distance. This is a great tool for this type of work. The set screw works great. You do not have to torque it down like a head bolt on a Chevy 350. Just snug it up. You will get a decent measurement. For a budget-friendly tool that will help you measure depth, this is a great tool. I am using my Milescraft depth gauge to set my router bit depth for sign making and setting up my router table fence and bit height. I can also use this on my band saw fence setup. It is a great tool. If you need digital then be prepared to spend a lot more money.

Trabaja muy bien, si necesitas una perfección milimétrica hay que pensar en otro, pero si trabajas con un pequeño margen esta herramienta es perfecta.

Simple to use depth gauge. I personally like this better then regular set up blocks as thy are set heights and this can be set to heights in increments of 16ths

I purchased this to set the depth on my router and have already used it a dozen times. It is extremely simple to use, sets consistent depths, and is easily adjustable. The measurements are easy to read and I like that. It doesn’t require batteries. I plan to use this on my table saw at the next opportunity. This is a great value for the money.

A pretty good value for the price, easy to read. I generally like Milescraft products but the continued use of plastic pieces is starting to affect overall quality. It does what it is supposed to do but would not buy again.

Beware! This thing comes with some previously unseen, but scary health warnings! Yes, health warnings on a depth gauge. The worlds smallest print declares that it is made with some registered toxic nastiness and that it should only be handled when wearing disposable gloves! Yike! OK, so its a California State proclaimation, which has zero bearing on the real world, and my fingers havent dropped off yet.....but they dont mention this little point on the write-up do they? Maybe I should stop using it as a chew toy and stick to measuring depths with it instead........

I have a new saw bench that I can wind up the saw blade to a set height above the base. This tool is great for ensuring that the height (and consequentially the depth of cut in the timber) is correct. Simple to use, the right span to cover even dado blade sets. Recommended.

Der Tiefenmesser funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Skala ist gut ablesbar. Im Gegensatz zu manch anderen Geräten ist die metrische Skala doppelt auf einer Seite und die Zollskala auf der anderen Seite (und stört deshalb nicht).
