Buy this! Works amazing, American company, fantastic customer service!
I love this product! I wanted to try Bakuchiol as a retinol alternative because I'm in that pregnancy/breastfeeding cycle of my life! This serum is creamy, feels lovely going on, with absolutely no irritation! Just smooth, beautiful skin. I had questions about whether this was safe for pregnancy because there are other ingredients in it, and I had questions about how it is formulated, so I emailed customer service...all I can say is, wow!!! That was the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced. They explained everything in a clear manner AND backed it up with scientific data sheets that they included as attachments! This is not a fly by night company...they take what they're doing seriously and they're passionate about skincare. I'm so impressed. Don't waste your money buying expensive Bakuchiol cream from Sephora that has dyes in it! Buy this one instead! A cheaper, cleaner, better cream from an American company with outstanding customer service. You can't go wrong.

Good for sensitive skin or combination skin. It actually is amazing value $$
I have very sensitive skin (and combination skin too, sometimes dry, some areas oily) and my skin has responded better to this than any product! It really relieves redness and irritation. Really good for dry weather, or any weather! I felt compelled to leave a review because I was bother by people complaining about bakuchiol not begin the first ingredient. Of course it's not the first ingredient! This is $19! Even the teeny tiny vials of bakuchiol are like $50, so do the math. Bakuchiol is expensive and this serum is not primarily bakuchiol. However, what you DO get in this little bottle is QUALITY stuff. There's green tea, chamomile, niacinamide, and hylauronic acid. Each of those ingredients is so good, and this company thought to put them all together. Bakuchiol itself is anti-aging (I've checked the clinical journal articles and it's well documented and impressive) and guess what? Hylauronic acid and green tea are also backed by science to be good for your skin. Neither is particularly cheap, either. So relax. You're getting really good value for your money. I'm gifting this to all my girlfriends for Christmas.

Serum
Seems fine, but have only used twice. Soaks in and is absorbed which I like.

safe for sensitive skin
I've been reluctant to use retinol products because I have sensitive, acne prone skin so I decided to try this first and I'm glad I did. I've been using this serum for about 2 months now and I'm not sure if it's had an anti-aging effect on my skin but I rarely find affordable products that don't irritate my skin so for me this is a winner regardless. It goes on smooth and you can layer your moisturizer and sunscreen over it, there's no pilling. I've noticed that my skin is not as irritated and red as it was before. I've also had fewer breakouts and generally healthier and clearer looking skin since I started using this. These days, I use it once a day in the morning (although it's recommended to be used at night) about 4-5 days a week because I finally bit the bullet and started using retinol at night. If you're wondering whether you can use this serum while you're also using retinol - I've had no issues using this serum in the day and retinol at night in my skincare routine for the last few weeks but I personally wouldn't layer them together because this serum contains alpha hydroxy and glycolic acid, which help exfoliate your skin, so using retinol at the same time could potentially cause some irritation I imagine. I can't think of any cons about this product and I highly recommend trying it out for yourself if you're on the fence.

Good for exfoliation
I bought this as a natural alternative to prescription Retin-A cream, which for a while I couldn’t get because of insurance problem. It has worked very well and the price is affordable. It works well as a mild exfoliant. This is a high quality lotion and doesn’t irritate my skin. The lotion keeps for a long time in the bottle and the pump also works well.

I freakin' love this stuff!
Okay, so I'm not a lotion person. Never have been. I will not put a drop of lotion anywhere on my body unless I have an itch I can't tolerate. Nevertheless, I freakin' love this stuff! It soaks in or dries or whatever it is lotion does almost immediately, so I have zero issues with the feel of it. You only have to use a teeny tiny bit, although you do have to do it a small area at a time and move quick because of the way it soaks in or dries or whatever it is lotion does. Okay so that covers the why I don't mind putting it on and having it on part. Now for how it works. I have a spot on my left cheek that is more wrinkled than the rest of my face because of my habit of sleeping on that side and mashing my face into the pillow. It's almost gone. And this is after less than a week. I also have some Cowardly Lion lines around my mouth and chin due partly to age and partly to having lost a lot of weight the last few years. I know it's not supposed to do anything for deep lines, but considering it doesn't cost much and I don't mind using it I figured what the hell. I honestly think it's helping a little bit with those as well. No irritation whatsoever, and it doesn't have any smell that I noticed. I repeat, I freakin' love this stuff. The only caveat I want to share is don't put drops in your eyes soon after you've put this under your eyes. No matter how well you aim to get only your eyes, it will pick up some of this lotion, and it will burn in your eyes. Only took me one mistake to get that fixed firmly in my mind.

I don't know anything yet, I just received it a few days ago
I didn't like that the product leaked out of the bottle during shipping, hence, three stars. The remaining product seems okay. I used another bakuchiol product that I really liked and wanted to try something different. I don't feel very impressed at this point, which brings me to another point. With products like this, time is what is needed to give a realistic review. I have been given no time as they seem to want a review the day after the product arrives, which is a counterproductive way to go about it. I find Bakuchiol to be a good product overall, it does act like retinal, as to how this one will work...TIME will tell.
