I gave them 5 stars because I buy a lot of their products and nothing bad has come of it that I’m aware of. So I’m being optimistic here.

My memory had gotten worse, and sometimes I would forget what I was talking about in the middle of a sentence. That's pretty bad! I did not know what to expect from this, but I realize now that rarely happens anymore. It sure is great to have my brain back in better working order. I had kind of forgotten to watch for signs, and after about 3 weeks I realized it must be working.
