There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this ham. It may be a little pricey; however, it is a very practical purchase for anyone who enjoys Iberian ham. For me, buying a whole, bone in, ham isn't practical as my wife and I could not consume that much. I have watched others slice it and they made it look easy. It isn't that simple, even with the best, sharpest, knives, which I do have. The packages I purchased came vacuum sealed and contained perfectly shaved slices. As expected, each slice was absolutely delectable....buttery, melt in your mouth goodness. It was worth every penny. I will reorder this product!

Excellent flavor. I appreciate that it is in single sheets that can be cut to order.

I’m familiar with what this ham should look / taste like, and what I received had no hint of what either of these characteristics should be. It was dark (looked to be heavily oxidized) and the one bite I dared to take contained no hint of what Iberico should be.

Nice flavor, but much fattier than any Jason iberico we have eaten before.

It melts in your mouth, forget the fat you are suppose to eat it, like olive oil it is good for you Glad it can be found here in the States
