This was an excellent gift for my girlfriend had to take it out of the box, and out of the bag it comes in, but nothing too hard to set up.

The unboxing was awesome and the thing is stunning. It's smaller than it looks (but I wasn't exactly looking for a Flavor Flav clock around her neck.). Even if the chain breaks, which seems to be a common complaint on these reviews, this is gorgeous enough to drive me into finding a new chain. Regardless, I'm very happy with it and I think she is going to love it.

I accidentally bought 2 necklaces. Costumer support contacted me immediately asking if i ment to order 2. They promptly issued a refund for the 2nd necklace. Shipping was great. Product arrived earlier than expected. The necklace was as described, well packaged, in great shape and my wife loved it. Definitely recommend.
