I called Anderson and was told the working pressure is 1200 PSI.

What is the internal diameters Male Pipe part?

with those parts not in front of me I'd have to guess that the internal diameters are about the size of the fitting description. Using a 1/4 inch fitting as an example, the inside is about 1/4 the outside is about 3/8 or so...sorry i can't be more specific.
