and product arrived in perfect condition. The lights are nice
I bought these to have a rgb string light that didn't flash. Quick, fast shipping, and product arrived in perfect condition. The lights are nice, but it appears that they are not colored leds, but just painted. They have a duller, more pastel look to them. Besides that, they do the trick.

Great for bending into different designs
LEDs look more like colored dabs of paint than tiny bulbs that illuminate up to several feet which is great for durability. do not glow with the same brightness although you can still see it from 10' away uncoiled in the picture here. Unit requires three AA batteries, which can be cumbersome to mount and requires 2 miniature screws to lock the cap into place. Lights do not have a relay, either. This item would be good for mounting along smaller plastic objects or narrow edges because of the thin copper wire.

These are WAY less expensive than the lights specifically marketed for this purpose (being seen at night on your bike) and work
We bought these for use on our bike wheels when at a busy campsite where there's always danger of getting run over by a drunken golf cart, another boozy biker, etc. We tried them out in advance at a "stay-cation" camping trip near home at the beach. They worked well. You need to tuck the battery pack between the spokes so it does not rub against any bike parts as you cycle. We intertwined the lights through the spokes and secured in place with the smallest Zip Ties we had and cut the ends off. BE CAREFUL when you cut your zip ties...I of course cut right through the string of lights. But, only half of them died. I bought more and they were delivered the other day. These are WAY less expensive than the lights specifically marketed for this purpose (being seen at night on your bike) and work just fine. We wanted the kind that are a manual On/Off because if we roll up on our bikes somewhere and stop for a minute, and still want to be seen, we want them on. A lot of the ones I looked at previously turn on and off with the speed of your bike, which does not work in our situation. They're slightly cheaply made and I don't expect them to last forever. They take 3 AA Batteries (not included). But if you remember to turn off when done riding, they should last awhile.

My only complaint is that the color of the lights was very unexpected and nothing like the image
The light string was affordable and shipped quickly and way longer than the other battery powered light strings I have. My only complaint is that the color of the lights was very unexpected and nothing like the image. All of the lights were very "pastel" It was supposed to be Red, Green, Blue ; but the actual colors were light pink, light seafoam green, and a very light blue. Happy with everything, but the color was a serious let down and would not have bought if I was aware.

Actually pretty great for music festivals and camping
These are really flimsy and tiny looking, and they eat up batteries fast. That being said, they are actually really bright and look badass at night. Actually pretty great for music festivals and camping. I don't regret my purchase.

Good bright lights.
Light are bright and work great. 15ft I use mine for night time walks with my dog. it protects us when crossing the sidewalks. They do break easily be careful on how you use them. I was able to cut down the lights to fit my needs.

minor issues.....
Lights are cool but the adhesive tape on back does not stick good, I used zip ties. also the connection to add on I had to use electrical tape to keep it from disconnecting ....

What a great value!
I don't typically leave Amazon reviews, but for $7.50, these lights are brilliant. I bought them to decorate our campsite at Coachella - we hung them from the front of our canopy, and they added just the right amount of flair. They're super easy to hang (just a piece of duct tape on each side) and three AA batteries seem to last forever - we got through 4 nights (they were probably on for 10 hours each night) of camping at Coachella, and then I proceeded to hang them from my hotel room balcony for the next 3 nights at a convention I went to for even more fun, and the batteries STILL didn't die.10/10 recommend!
