I like the versatility of this product. Useful for trackink down most circits.

I bought this as I have wanted one for a long time. It seemed like it would be so much easier then my usual method. Usually I turn on a radio plugged into the plug I want to turn off and then start flipping breakers until the music shuts off. I plugged this into the plug and went to the panel. It told me it was 2 different breakers so I turned them off one at a time. It ended up being a totally different breaker that it wasn't even telling me it could be. So I returned it.

It narrowed my search for the right circuit but I still had the guess between 4 breakers. Better than nothing. I wish it was more accurate though. It's an old house and it may not be the device's fault.

What a disappointment. Did not check it out until 8 mo. later when I needed it to do its thing. My bad! Followed the instructions and the close it can get is a choice of 4 or 5 breakers no matter how the sensitivity dial is set. ( installed a new battery) So it is useless in finding the breaker you may need to turn off for a wiring repair. Just plain JUNK!

Didn’t work !

The product has a quality control step in which you test the system. I performed the quality control and it didn't work. I returned it back to Amazon the same day

Plugged in to an outlet to test which breaker it was (moved into new house, box not labeled) and it won't pick up the signal on ANY breaker in the box. Tried multiple outlets, and nothing.

I have to be very close to the breaker box and even had to remove the box cover to get a signal.

Looking to test light circuits and this device could not isolate the circuit. Isolated receptacle circuits well. To be honest, I have tested 3 different brands and have yet to find one that works on light circuits.

Following the instructions, after initiating by placing the battery in its slot, I placed the 3 prong signal generator in a plug point in the garrage. The finder unit was turned on as it was off, waited more than twenty seconds, as it took more than that to go to the basement of the house where the breaker panel is placed. When I took the breaker finder unit near the breaker panel it just beeped non stop; I reduced the volume of the beep,then unit started making static noises and i could not locate the breaker for the garrage. Next I took the 3 prong signal generator in another location inside the house, and again went to the breaker panel, again the same thing. Therefore, it is clear that the unit did not provide the required result. Therefore in my view it did not work
