Absolutely horrible experience. Both Amazon and Clicktech, the vendor, are responsible. I have been an Amazon prime customer for years but this is the worst I have faced. The safe malfunctioned within a few months, within the warranty period. Amazon passed me on to the vendor, saying they cannot do anything. The vendor sent a technician who had no idea about the product. They then asked me to courier the product to their workshop in Chennai. It has been 2 months and multiple e-mails and calls to Clicktech and they keep saying someone will call back and they will resolve. Refused to confirm on e-mail their promises. Standard auto-response e-mail comes saying they are sorry and will get back. I do not think they intend to honour the warranty at all. Complained again to Amazon who washed their hands off. This probably is applicable for all Amazon Basic product where Amazon brands it as their own but do not take responsibility for the product or warranty. Am not buying any Amazon basic product anymore.

Products is good 👍🏻 but lock 🔒 is not working properly.then locker is not safe without lock.so not buy again

Best safe ever must buy good quality sturdy easy to use and locks are good size is very good at this price

Excellent quality product at very affordable price. I enquired in the local market, but, they are too too costly. So, I opted for this one, which turns out to be an excellent product. Very reasonable in price, sturdy and got more than expected. Thankyou Amazon Basics. Highly recommended product.

Can someone please explain how to lock the safe ? I tried many time buy not working after following the instructions given in the instructions booklet

So I bought this product on 17/april/ 25 and m writing this review on 15/january/26 after using it for good 10 months first when I ordered this product I got a faulty locker which I replaced twice and then finally when this one came it came without the keys. Still I thought let give it a try then suddenly it stopped working I still don’t know the reason and there’s no customer support available if you looking. To buy something which is actually good for your precious belonging then don’t waste your money here
