A terrible quality product, Perhaps a manufacturing fail for this batch but then I thought ...BOTH products?Wish I had better news... One of the poorest quality supplements I have ever taken. It never broke down. I test all my supplements in a glass of water and vinegar solution to create a weak acid. 48 hours and these did not break down. Not even a little. This wasn't just a matrix shell that is left behind from a time release tablet, this tablet was as rock hard as when I dropped it in the glass of liquid. Only the coating on the outside was a somewhat slimy from breakdown. In 24 hours this should have been dissolved. Stick with a capsule. Taking these daily and then as needed helps him feel more neutral and fight off bad thoughts. There was an adjustment period; for the first week or so, for about an hour after taking a pill, he'd feel even worse. Then the pill would kick in and he'd feel better. After that adjustment period there were no more highs and lows.
