It serves the purpose by allowing me to connect 3 USB A types of devices and a HDMI cable as well as SD card and a micro SD card.I found the USB slots are a bit stiff and requires some force to push cable connectors in. The SD card slots are good and I like them.I have problem with HDMI cable slot; it works fine with a HD computer monitor without changing anything. However, when I connect a HDMI cable through the adapter to my HDTV (no 4K function); the left and right hand side of the Excel spreadsheet program was cut...I tried to adjust the laptop resolution but it didn't correct the issue. I am not sure if it is the display issue, cable issue or the adapter issue; I guess I need to do some research on this.Overall, the adapter offers good value for the money, no complaint.
