I have several cases from Snugg and B&L very happy with them. After having this case on my iPad pro (11") since it was released it has worked great until the plastic case that is holding the iPad cracked. I was going to order another one but figured to give its lifetime warranty a try. Without too much confidence I wrote an email and got a reply on Sunday and received my replacement within a week. This case is a new cover for my new iPad Pro. It is the same as I had for the past 7 years on my iPad Air 2. Everything is the same except for the flap to hold new iPad pen. I wish there was an option without that as I find it annoying, but nothing I can’t live with. I have seen some people mentioning that the auto on off feature hasn’t worked. From experience, you have to use the case enough to soften it so that is closes easily. It doesn’t take long and works great within a week of my new one. Snugg is my first choice for quality and price. Leather pealing on one side with careful use.
