Homedics Ss2000 Soundspa Portable White Noise Relaxation Speaker

A very good sound machine. Earlier I could not sleep because I am very sensitive to any small sound. Had serious sleep problem after I got married because my husband's snores were really loud. So I tried this homedic sound machine. And I turn on the white noise the whole night. I am sleeping very well now because I can't hear my husband's snores anymore. The best part of it is... My husband and baby likes it too! It also cancels noise that comes from outside your room. I recommend this to anyone who has problem like me.

It's a very basic product and would not cost much to make. Considering the retail price, the markup is very very high. But it gets the job done nevertheless. I am married and have a snoring problem. During summers, the noise from air conditioning and ceiling fan sort of masks my snoring noise and my wife does not have much trouble staying asleep while I snore. But during winters, it becomes very difficult for her because our room is very very quiet. When I first heard about a white noise machine, the first thought that came to my mind was that this is something that might help my wife stay asleep while I snore during winters. I have been using this product for a month now and it has definitely helped a lot.

bought is for my sister who’s about to have her first baby. just opened the box to check. really like the sounds. (would have been nice to be able to charge it via USB coz using AAs isn’t themost convenient thing and having a plug point nearby isn’t always an option.definitely worth the price though. two thumps up.

My room is quite close to a busy road.While seriously considering to buy the Bose sleep buds (or whatever it's called) For TWENTY THOUSAND, I decided to give this a try.Not only I started sleeping better by using this, I have actually formed an addiction to it.

Initially I loved it, and was using the "Rain" setting. But then I noticed the loop - the same noticeable pattern of 4-5 raindrops occurred every few seconds. After that my mind could not let it go, so I tried the other sound settings. Same problem there too - there is a subtle chiming/pinging sort of sound which gives away the loop. "Brook" is the only setting where I have not detected the pattern, and so that's the only one I use now. I use it during the day, to (somewhat) drown out the noisy and inconsiderate neighbours. At night however it's not sufficient, so I have gone back to keeping my cooler fan on.One pro of this machine - the volume can go quite loud.
